An Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, he helped set up the first directors’ and officers’ liability insurance cover for building societies in the UK. We ordered the book to get information about directors' and officers' liability in different countries, especially European countries. The book intended to provide comprehensive information. I found that the book was not up-to-date and information was definitely not comprehensive.
