About the Author
Jean Smith has dedicated her 15 year long career to the study of human attraction, making a name as one of Britain’s leading experts in the field of flirting and attraction. Jean first made her mark as the go-to flirting guru for numerous radio and television stations in the UK. Since then, she has become a spokesperson on broader social issues and has worked with prestigious brands (including Johnson & Johnson, Unilever and Stella Artois) as a corporate advisor into human behaviour, relationships and body language. Having secured her status as relationships pro, Jean launched her brand Flirtology in 2004 to deliver light-hearted, savvy advice on the social science of attraction. Through personal coaching lessons and interactive seminars, Jean reveals her ‘three methods of flirting attack’ theory. Great advice!

As a transplant from one of the cities covered in the book to another, I'm thrilled to have someone lay out for me in black and white just how different flirting is in different places. And I love that the book is based on scientific research, so I trust that the information is real, rather than just someone's speculation. I know I'll be turning back to certain sections for a much closer read, but I've already learned a lot about how I can be a more effective flirt in my own city, as well as when I travel (which is frequently)!

A really entertaining read. She substantiates all of her flirting propositions with research gained from London, Stockholm, Paris and New York. I read it in a day- and really enjoyed it.
